Okay, I confess, I don’t play the game anymore, but I still browse the forum, if only so I can get a daily dose of AnimeWarrior252 to inspire me into a fit of apoplectic rage.

So when I was scanning the Dev Digest, recently, something struck my eye, and I thought of pwnz:

Live Feedback: PvP Revamp (Positive).  Replies:  36.

Live Feedback:  PvP Revamp (Negative).  Replies: 128.

As I think I’ve indicated in the past, I don’t PvP, but I find those numbers rather indicative.

Also, I find it interesting that they felt the need to break them into two categories.  If I were a cynical man, I’d think that it was just so they could corral the negative into one place and more easily ignore it.

Sometimes I find myself bored and too lazy to continue my Spanish lessons. So I need to compete with people and win to feel better about myself. Which of these do any of you play?

Or is this like the best holiday season for gaming in a while? There’s a lot of good shit coming out for just about everything but the Wii.

Also, today I got Persona 4 and Dark Knight on bluray. Shit’s so cash.

I went into RV today, I stayed for two hours. A full team of heroes and full team of villains. I played on my E^3 blaster and actually killed something. It rocked. I really like new PvP. The amount of new people in the zone was great too. A mix of new and old players duking it out all over RV. Fun times guys, Fun times.

I hope you have a good weekend, and we aren’t called in to take out your posting privilege.

I know PvP got hit pretty hard with Issue 13, and there are a lot of disappointed folks out there, but we are not finished with PvP, in fact very far from it. We are trying to keep things positive on the forums as some folks are interested in picking up PvP in COH post Issue 13, these folks need the advice and insight from seasoned players without the bias of their experience or how they view the changes now. So in essence if you don’t have anything positive to say, keep it in PWNZ.

I’d appreciate it, since you are a visitor and all that you keep things on the up and up.

Who knows, maybe one day you will return.
